Prompt BatchLicence Terms
Effective date: 16 October 2026
These terms apply to Prompt Batch Pro, the paid licence for the Prompt Batch Chrome extension. By activating a licence key you agree to them.
1. What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence for one person to use Prompt Batch Pro on up to 2 computers or Chrome accounts that belong to that person. Pro is sold as a monthly subscription or as a one-time lifetime licence. A monthly licence stays active while the subscription is paid; if you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the paid month. A lifetime licence is paid once. Updates are included for as long as the extension is offered.
2. No sharing
- Do not share, give, sell, rent or publish your licence key, and do not let other people use your Pro activation.
- Every person who uses Pro needs their own licence.
- Keep your licence key private: it is all that is needed to activate Pro.
3. If a licence is shared or misused
We can see on how many computers each key is activated and when. If we find that a key is shared, resold or misused, we may remove its activations or disable the key permanently, without notice. A key disabled for sharing is not refunded, except where the law or our seller's refund policy requires it.
Refunds
- You can try Prompt Batch free (5 results) before buying, so you know it works with your Flow account.
- If Pro doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase through the support form. We'll first try to fix the problem; if we can't, or you still want a refund, you get the full amount back.
- When an order is refunded, its licence key is disabled and Pro stops working.
- Monthly subscription: you can cancel any time from your account at users.freemius.com (sign in with the email you bought with). Pro keeps working until the end of the month you paid for; months already paid are not refunded, except the first payment within the 7 days above.
- Launch prices and discount codes apply only to the purchase they are used on.
- After 7 days, purchases are not refunded, except where the law or our seller's refund policy requires it.
4. Your Google account
Prompt Batch works in your own Google Flow account with your own credits. You are responsible for your account and for following Google's Terms of Service and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. We are not responsible for any limit or action Google takes on your account.
5. Updates and warranty
- We keep an eye on Flow. When a Flow update affects the extension, we work on a fix and release an update as fast as we can, usually within a few days. Updates are free for every Pro user.
- You can report any problem through the support form; it helps us fix things faster.
- Beyond that, the extension is provided "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it.
6. Payment
Payments are handled by our seller, Freemius, as merchant of record. Its terms and refund policy apply to the purchase. The charge on your statement appears as "FREEMIUS* Prompt Batch".
